According to an article in the New York Post, swimmer Michael Phelps packs away 12,000 calories a day just to stay in top physical condition. And this is not healthy stuff either. Listed among his daily meals were fried egg sandwiches, French toast, a pound of pasta, and ham and cheese sandwiches with mayo on white bread. I can feel myself gaining weight just typing this out.
