OK, that’s it…

I am going back to my workout tomorrow. I’ve been neglecting it, and now I am feeling the effects.

Not only is it good for keeping slim and trim, my chiro says I need to workout because I have an athlete’s body. Neglecting it has caused my entire body to ache horribly. Quite literally, from head to foot, I am in pain.

Ugh. Got to do it, because it is medicine to make me feel better. And it’s free.
